George W Magera

George W Magera is the architect of the Mulungi Plan, a governance blueprint for Uganda's transition from military commercial rule to civilian constitutional government.

He holds an MA in International Policy and Practice from the Elliott School at George Washington University and a BA in Logistics and Supply Chain from Uganda Christian University. He has worked across Uganda's 125 districts for more than twenty years, listening to citizens and mapping how value leaves the country and how it can circulate at home.
